Great dungeon crawler. I loved that you could spec as a fighter, mage, etc. I love playing as a mage in this game and it was nice to be able to replenish MP instead of having to gon back to town. The warp and exit crystals were super helpful, and I think gold scaled well. You had to really earn the warp Crystal, and things got easier from there. Had great QoL, which means things never got annoying, like back tracking. My only complaint was that the fire spell becomes inferior to the mythril sword, even specced with full intelligence. But I guess it makes sense since every attack with the sword deducted 2 MP, so you do power it with your magic, so to speak. Just a tiny nitpick. Also it was really nice not having to bump into each wall to find secret doors or run into traps. Sometimes you don't want to deal with any of that, so I'm thankful there was a lack of it here. The final boss was very challenging. I beat him at 18 and I had to use a lot of potions to survive, even in full mythril gear. He was fun and indeed kept me on my toes. An enjoyable game through and through. Would love a sequel, and if you made it with a party of adventurers, that would be even better!

I truly love these types of games especially the harder you got to start out with nothing and make your own armor and tools as you go.
